GrantDeploy surfaces grant opportunities and eligibility signals based on data from third parties. We do not guarantee funding, eligibility outcomes, or that any specific grant is currently available. Always confirm details with the funder before applying.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrantDeploy Corporation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using GrantDeploy at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
